The only AeroPress guide you'll ever need.
The problem with brewing coffee
I had a great grinder. A gooseneck kettle. An AeroPress. I knew what I was doing.
And yet the cup was different every morning.
Not dramatically. But enough to notice. Enough to wonder what I did differently. Enough to feel like the perfect cup was just slightly out of reach.
The problem wasn't my beans. It wasn't my equipment. It was the process, or rather the lack of one.
Bloom is the process.
Bloom walks you through one exact AeroPress method, step by step, with hands-free timers that run automatically so you can focus on what you're doing instead of what you're tapping.
10 steps. About 7 minutes. The same perfect cup every single time.
How it works
Heat
Water at exactly 180°F. Not boiling. Not guessed. 180°F.
Weigh
18g of beans. 56g bloom pour. 280g total. Every number locked in.
Time
Bloom, pour, and press timers start automatically the moment you need them.
Designed for one hand
Your other hand is holding a kettle.
Bloom's interface is intentionally minimal, with large text, one button, and readable at a glance. You don't have to think about the app. You just brew.
The method
- Heat water to 180°F
- Grind 18g medium-fine
- Set up AeroPress right-side up on your mug and add grounds
- Bloom pour, 56g
- Wait 30 seconds (timer starts automatically)
- Main pour, 280g over 60 seconds
- Press, slow and steady, 30 seconds
- Clean up
- Cool to 130°F
- Drink
No clutter. No subscriptions. No nonsense.
Bloom does one thing. It doesn't track you, upsell you, or ask you to rate it after every brew. It opens, it guides, it's done.
Free. No ads. No account required.
